PAS Audits:

• Our comprehensive physical audits include a tour of the operations and an examination of all the insureds records, not just the payroll and cash disbursements.
• All physical audits require a review of the operations and employees duties with an owner/officer even when the audit is made at the CPA’s.
• All audits are reviewed for compliance with manual rules and customer requirements.
• Inventory is closely monitored so ensure we do not accept more work than we can process in the time frames our customer has requested.
• We perform customer surveys (call to the insured) to ensure auditors performance.

PAS Auditors:

• All auditors are trained in QuickBooks from an insurance audit perspective.
• All staff are employees who receive a W2.
• Core competency evaluations of each auditor are made prior to a job offer.
• Most auditors have previously worked for an insurance company.
• All hybrid, phone and mail audits are performed by experience field auditors.
